The January, February and March Dragon Tales

The Annual Organizational Meeting will be held on Sunday, March 1, 2009. A catered meal by Dick's Steak House
will be served at 1:00 P.M. in the Fellowship Hall of the Gomer United Church of Christ, 7350 Gomer Rd., Gomer, Ohio. Cost of the meal is $10.00 per person. Induction of officers will be held after the meal. Following the meal and meeting there will be time for everyone to visit the museum. Please send your reservations to Verona Sandy by Monday, February 23, 2009. You will pay for your dinner that day. If there should be inclement weather, call Verona Sandy at (419)642-3345 for further details.

We are going to start something new in the newsletter. When donations to the Welsh Society or The Gomer Welsh Community Museum are given to Verona Sandy (Welsh Society, treasurer) or Carla Olds (museum, treasurer), we are going to list the donors' names in the Dragon Tales. The donations can be general donations or in memory of a loved one. We hope you will appreciate this addition to the newsletter and perhaps remind you to remember the society/museum for future donations.
