The Welsh Society of Northwest Ohio is sponsoring a Christmas Tour of Homes in the Gomer area on Sunday, December 10th from 2 to 6 p.m. The ticket price is $7.00 and includes a Christmas Tree festival at the Gomer Welsh Community Museum located at 7365 Gomer Rd. Horse and carriage rides will leave from the Gomer United Church of Christ across from the museum. Tickets/programs may be purchased at any of the participating homes on the day of the tour or at the Gomer Museum. Homeowners in the tour are: Doug and Jola Vandemark at 3866 Cambria St., Pam and Chris Sterling at 4221 W. Lincoln Hwy., Tom and Mary Doerter's earth-shelterd home at 3535 Lloyd Rd., and Ron and Denise Myers at 4051 Bussert Rd.

Proceeds from the tour will go towards a scholarship fund for local students who prove their Welsh ancestory.
